GSA build-out located at the 10 Pier 1 building in Astoria, Oregon

After the Permits and Project Manager had resigned in August 2016, I was assigned to close out the second portion of the GSA build-out located at the 10 Pier 1 building in Astoria, Oregon. I quickly became familiar with the project scope, the project contractor, and the lease agreement between the Port and GSA. Within a day and a half, the Project was back on track. The budgeted construction for the Tenant Improvements was $95,990.00 this included labor, materials, fees, overhead and any other costs the was required to complete the work.
